You will be responsible for the day-to day management of business and customer support functions to the Asset Planning & Delivery Group (APDG) business units. This role is based in Leederville, reporting to the Team Leader, Business Management & Performance.Real benefits that matter

- Coordinate Land Servicing and Land Planning applications from the Western Australian Planning Commission
- Provide a centre of expertise for the management and distribution of land planning and subdivision enquiries. Manage incoming calls and emails, providing a response or directing calls to the relevant team
- Create accounts and process payments for developer contributions
- Co-ordinate the take-over process for developer reticulation assets, review asset data provided by engineers, investigate errors, update corporate systems, and send out takeover letters to developers
- Coordinate and provide information to ratings team for the creation of new property accounts
- Manage all land matter issues relating to the land development process so land titles correctly reflect Water Corporation encumbrances. Creation of legal documents, liaising with and instructing legal practitioners, monitoring legal documents through to lodgement with Landgate
- Undertake business improvement and customer focused projects
Key skills and experienceYou’ll have substantial experience providing business management support in a commercially focused business environment, along with knowledge of the land development industry.
