As the Business Line Manager for PAYMENTS at Edlund, you will drive the growth and success of our cutting-edge products in alignment with our overall product strategy. Your mission is to deliver exceptional value and impact for our customers, making a meaningful difference through innovative solutions.This role oversees a diverse portfolio, including flagship products such as our Pension Contribution product, CONTRIBUTION, and our advanced pay-out system, DISBURSEMENT. Positioned at the forefront of Edlund’s module- and cloud-based product strategy, this business line is leading Edlund’s product strategy—offering an exciting, high-visibility leadership opportunity for a dynamic professional.As a core member of Edlund’s Product Leadership Team, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and lead the talented Product Owners in the PAYMENTS Business Line. - Maintain close, ongoing dialogue with our customers both individually and collectively, e.g., at events, to ensure we are building products with the highest customer impact and turning these into value-adding product roadmaps.
- Support and contribute to Edlund’s overall product strategy as part of the Product Leadership team.
- Lead the Product Owners, providing them with strategic guidance and building and cultivating a strong team culture.
- Build and grow our product culture both internally and externally as a leader.
- Own the PAYMENTS product portfolio, ensuring growth and a healthy Profit & Loss. Continuously make portfolio decisions and prioritizations, including presenting business cases for new products.
- Work closely with other Business Line managers to achieve Edlund’s overall short- and long-term goals and ensure a coherent customer-facing product portfolio.

Preferred experiences and competencies:We are looking to find the right candidate for the role and understand that many paths could lead to a strong candidate.Relevant experience includes:
- Leadership experience and preferably people management experience.
- Customer-facing and coordinating experience (including presentations), including stakeholder management.
- Product management or business development experience, including product definition/discovery and product strategy. A business/management consultant toolbox is a plus.
- Knowledge of modular and/or cloud/SaaS-based products.
- Financial sector knowledge, preferably in the Life & Pension industry, including PAYMENTS.
- Knowledge of agile software development.
- A relevant educational background, e.g., a university degree.
