Job description: Reporting to the Director of Physical Medicine; this position is responsible for directing and managing the administrative and financial functions of all areas of the Physical Medicine department, including administration of departmental fiscal affairs; managing departmental supplies, supervising departmental support staff; responding to and implementing matters pertaining to departmental policies and procedures; planning and implementing activities as determined by the medical director; promoting positive public relations; and performing other related duties as assigned.Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration or related field preferred;
• One year experience in supervision in physical medicine field preferred;
• Experience in development and monitoring of budgets, contract management desired.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Computer skills: Word, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel required.

Expected salary: $66560 – 77272 per year
