We are seeking a dynamic, confident and experienced Business Intelligence Systems Specialist to join our National IT Department in our Para Hills West Head Office and will be pivotal in providing technical support for Business Intelligence (BI) systems and tools.Skills and Duties:Start immediately and provide timely and effective BI solutions to the business by:

  • Collaborating with the business to understand BI requirements and ensure technical solutions align with needs
  • Ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and optimisation of solutions whilst focussing on data accuracy, completeness and integrity
  • Support integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and configuration for departmental use and future support
  • Proactively identify system performance improvements and manage and resolve incidents to minimise disruption to business operations and improve the user experience and process efficiency.

Essential Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a degree qualification in Information Technology coupled with demonstrated experience with BI platforms and supported processes and high-level proficiency with BI tools
  • Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills to write proposal documents and reports
  • High level of analytical problem solving and critical thinking to support data analysis and interpretation.
