  • Producing and maintaining monthly report suite, Adhoc Reporting, Daily Update reporting and Caseload Management reporting on tight deadlines.
  • Design, build and deploy BI solutions to all key business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams to implement new BI solutions and gather feedback for improvement
  • Regularly test and sample reports to make sure data is being accurately presented and ensure reporting infrastructure is reliable and efficient.
  • To support the Business Intelligence Team in validating monthly/yearly funding claims through the Education & Skills Funding Agency Portal
  • Crafting and executing queries upon request for data
  • To work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to plan future report developments and project plans

  • Experience of using MS Office Excel to an advanced level including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Experience working within a Further Education setting or Training provider is essential
  • Experience of working with, or knowledge of Individualised Learner Records (ILR)
  • Experience of using Power BI advantageous, willingness to learn/develop PBI skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures
