Job description: Business HeadLocation: United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market relatedOur client is a leading Interior Design consulting company within the United Arab Emirates and abroad.We are seeking a seasoned professional with excellent operational ability to lead the team and expand the business.Responsibilities· Provide and ensure excellent customer relationship management.· Lead and mentor a team of designers, project managers, and operational staff.· Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.· Develop and implement business strategies.· Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end interior design projects.· Implement key performance indicators.· Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.· Continuously improve project delivery processes and technology.· Ensue AI Integration where possible.· Prepare regular reports on business performance, client feedback, and project status.
