Join our dynamic team as a Business Excellence Specialist!About the Role: In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and developing digital solutions that drive improvements across our organization. We are seeking a candidate who is not only well-versed in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies but also skilled in data analysis and digital tools development.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operational processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and measure performance.
• Develop dashboards and applications using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Python
• Utilize the latest digital tools to create solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and drive change.
• Focus on the use and development of performance measures designed to drive process and business improvements.
• Support the preparation of monthly CIP reports for reporting CIP savings.
• Coordinate with section Managers, as required, to set direction and priorities of CI projects, select projects, and ensure linkage to strategy and key needs.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis and dashboard/app development.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
