Job description:

• End-to-end ownership for parts of our technology solutions within our mortgage & real estate products
• Identification & specification of functional and technical requirements through user stories & concepts
• Data based analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Testing of the technical and functional requirements, including second-level support and parametrization for the entire Swiss-wide sales organization
• Planning and managing execution of internal Business & IT projects
• Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders, in particular at Helvetia
• Aligning the development team on business objectives and acting as a technical sparring partner

Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, engineering, IT, mathematics or equivalent
• At least 3 years of product management experience in the financial sector paired with very good analytical and conceptual skills
• High affinity for data and experience in the data-driven development of technology platforms
• Experience with agile methods and programming skills are a plus
• Mother tongue (Swiss-)German and negotiation level English are required as well as excellent communication skills and team play
• Hands-on and can-do mentality and a strong willingness to learn new things in a tech environment, to go the extra mile for excellent results and to actively contribute
