• Experience in business development, sales, or student recruitment, preferably in the China market.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese education system and student mobility trends.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Chinese social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Willingness to travel to China for business meetings, fairs, and recruitment events.

Tanggungjawab1. Market Expansion & Strategy

• Identify and develop new student recruitment channels in China.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes affecting Chinese students studying abroad.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand partnerships with universities, colleges, and language schools.
• Explore new opportunities, such as online education, joint programs, and institutional collaborations.

2. Partnership & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with Chinese schools, universities and local partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with universities and colleges abroad.
• Maintain relationships with alumni and current students to encourage referrals and testimonials.

3. Student Recruitment & Sales

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to increase enrollments from China.
• Provide consultation services to students and parents on study options, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Work closely with school counselors, agents, and referral networks to attract prospective students.
• Organize information sessions, webinars, and workshops tailored for Chinese students and parents.
