As a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Identify and develop commercial partnerships to support business objectives, while managing ongoing relationships to achieve intended outcomes and return on investment (ROI) post-contract.
  • Collaborate within the Business Development & Partnerships team and cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships align with business needs, converting objectives into viable partnership opportunities.
  • Evaluate and select potential partners through proactive scouting and inquiries, conducting risk assessments and compatibility scans, while leading engagement processes to design mutually beneficial partnership models.
  • Plan and execute negotiation strategies, developing financial and economic models to underpin agreements in coordination with Legal, Ethics, and Compliance (LEC) to ensure contracts reflect negotiated terms.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, and addressing challenges through co-developed solutions for continued success.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or Science.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, including stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability in project management, business case development, and launch planning.
  • Experience building relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Strong business mind-set, analytical skills, negotiation expertise and excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
