Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The Successful Applicant Possess minimum SPM (Passed) Minimum of one years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Knowledge of mortgage products and the property market is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Possess a valid driving license as the role requires travelling.
