Job description: Job Description: Implement, and execute the business development/growth and revenue strategy for Marketplace and Mall sellers Introduce, execute, and grow specific projects and/or initiatives for Monetization to better manage Shopee’s sellers Prepare program materials and reports to continuously improve and monitor KPIs Coordinate with Shopee’s cluster teams to ensure Monetization initiatives have high adoption and success rate Constantly coordinate with internal stakeholders for project development Perform adhoc tasks needed in relation to Monetization, when necessary Requirements: Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar relevant field At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project management and process improvement Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Highly proficient in GSuite (e.g. Gsheets, GSlides, etc)
