Location: Midlands to North (Leeds, Manchester area preferred)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus (10-20%) + Car/Allowance

The RoleA strategic sales role focusing on business development across facilities management, sustainability, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for project success.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience in building services, FM, or sustainability.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and CRM proficiency.
  • Desirable: Water management or ESG knowledge.
