Job description: Our client, an international sliding systems manufacturer is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth across Middle East. With a primary focus on UAE and KSA market, the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint in the region.Your mission will be at 2 main levels :Specification and projects :

  • Specify our solutions to Developer, Interior designs consultants, hotel operators.
  • Follow up projects with the different stakeholders involved.
  • Participate to any relevant event that will allow you to increase the level of specification and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on projects and follow up
  • Report all the project you are working on to your management

Flow business :

  • Maintain a close relationship with existing distribution partners and resellers and develop the network
  • In close collaboration with distributors, develop the flow sales by providing trainings, insight and close follow up of projects with distributors projects sales teams
  • Prospect and follow up of Joineries, Fit out contractors, Doors hardware’s distributors, Doors manufacturers by presenting our solutions and generate revenues.
  • With your management define and organize any relevant event that will generates revenue growth on the flow business

Put in place any relevant action or event to spread the brand name and solutionsConduct market research and analysis to provide valuable insights on market conditions, emerging trends, and competitor activities.Establish network and strong relationships with developers, interior designers, consultant and architects in Middle East region.Profile:

  • Autonomous & self-motivated to develop business
  • Proven track record of specification on residential and commercial projects
  • Proven track record of project follow up
  • Dynamic and organized sales person, eager to build strong business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
  • Field sales person with a strategic vision
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Knowledge of door hardware / Ironmongery industry is a plus or any technical product related to building industry
