**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales and business development within the real estate sector.
Strong track record in managing complex tender processes and navigating government procurement regulations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage clients effectively.
Ability to thrive both independently and within collaborative team environments.
