With facilities in China and Vietnam, they strive to deliver exceptional service and products that meet the evolving needs of them.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their sales initiatives in EMEA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and expand our market presence in the packaging industry.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential clients across various sectors.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Coordinate with design and production teams in our facilities in China and Vietnam to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality packaging solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback for senior management.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Set and track sales targets, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure objectives are met.
  • Analyze sales data to assess performance and implement improvements where necessary.

RequirementsEducational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of brand management, sustainability solutions, and market dynamics in the packaging sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player, fostering collaboration across departments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Mandarin, Cantonese and Englosh is a must.
