Job description: Entity: Customers & ProductsJob Family Group: Sales GroupJob Description:Role Synopsis:The purpose of the role is to develop and manage auto OEM and Tier 1 technical and commercial relationships to gain approval and supply of Direct Material products in targeted vehicle applications. These applications include Constant Velocity Joints (CVJ) as well as other specialized on-car lubricant applications. The existing customer portfolio includes both global and regional Auto OEMs and Tier 1 partners.The role will lead business development across a portfolio of existing customers as well as developing new customer relationships within the sector. These business development activities will be in line with Castrol’s market strategy and in service of meeting growth targets. The role will be responsible for the financial performance and strategic delivery for the Direct Materials portfolio.The role will require both commercial and technical acumen to develop customer opportunities, given the highly specialized nature of the product portfolio.Key Accountabilities:

How much do we pay (Base)? $103,000 – $191,000*Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.This position is eligible for US Benefits – Core. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 – 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
