Our BDMs are specialist in IT problem solving, listen to the business challenges organisations are facing, and leveraging our range of products and services to create the best solution of those organisations. Our solutions include, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, Cloud Services, Data Backup and Recovery, and IT Procurement.In order to drive our growth, you will leverage the full toolbox of lead generation, including cold calling, networking and events, and the wider FUJIFILM Business Innovation brand.Main Duties Include:

  • Building new business via various outbound channels
  • Ensuring our target market has a clear view of our capability and our value proposition
  • Use various sales methodologies to qualify the sales opportunity and uncover various stakeholders, understand internal processes and Budget/ROI requirements
  • Tailor and present relevant industry insight to customers
  • Take control of the end-to-end sales process including proposal, commercial discussions and contract negotiation
  • Travel to customer/prospect meetings, associated trade shows and customer events.

Skills & Experience’We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help drive the strategic directions of our team.

  • 5 years+ prior experience within a similar sales role focused on selling complex solutions
  • Experience in IT managed services and/or a technology background will be advantage and highly regarded
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and self-generation of leads and a qualified pipeline
  • An analytical, commercial mindset with proven negotiation, planning, forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • A positive attitude, resilient and tenacious approach and the ambition to succeed
  • A high level of professionalism and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
