We are committed to providing equal opportunity for everyone and welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, experiences, abilities, and life stage.About the role:We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across NSW’s civil, multi-residential, and commercial industrial construction segments. This role is focused on expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities across high-rise, industrial, and commercial developments.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow customer and project share by focusing on long-term loyalty and strategic partnerships.Expand the NSW multi-residential and commercial construction segments, aligning with key apartment builders and ensuring contractor capacity.Identify and develop opportunities in high-rise, industrial, and commercial sectors.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with developers, commercial clients, and apartment builders.Ensure smooth handover and conversion of specified projects into sales.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and share market insights.Target and grow opportunities for Hebel, Cemintel, and AFS systems within the segment.Build strong relationships with key customers and internal CSR divisions.Develop and execute growth plans with key accounts to increase share of wallet across the product portfolio.Monitor and report on competitor activity, including pricing, market strategies, and support agreements.About YouProven experience in business development or account management within the construction or building materials industry.Strong understanding of the NSW construction landscape, particularly in civil, multi-residential, and commercial sectors.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.What we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
