Job description: Job ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutionsDeliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clientsManage all processes for acquiring & managing partnerships and merchants, including prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration (if required), onboarding and ongoing management like enablement & activationStay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and products to provide accurate and informed adviceRecruit merchants through direct approach and/or channel partners and/or webinars/seminarsPrepare sales forecasts and reports for senior managementWork closely with different departments to deliver client projectsQualifications and RequirementsUniversity degree in Business or related disciplineAt least 3 years’ experience in business development and account management in FinTech, banking, payment knowledge is highly desiredExisting relationships / strong network with referral partners in financial services, technology, e-commerce, or start-ups preferredExperience in strategy/ops or working in FinTech or Payment or a fast-growing start-up would be advantageousAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide suitable solutionsAbility to act in a consultative role, providing valuable insights and guidance to clientsGreat written and communication skills in both Chinese & EnglishGood numerical and strong analytical skills with experience with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
