In this role, you will play a key part in generating, securing, prioritizing, and winning projects that position Henning Larsen as a leading international design studio globally. Since our founding in 1959, Henning Larsen has grown successfully into a global company and today we are more than 600 people across 8 geographies.You will be joining an international, dedicated and skilled Business Development team of 8 individuals with various backgrounds. You will be working closely with our international community, as well as our Design Directors, and you will be instrumental in driving our proactive business development from Copenhagen.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities – Proactively identify and manage opportunities with new and existing clients/partnerships.
• Develop market strategies – Create and implement go-to-market strategies
• Proactive outreach – Expand our outreach in targeted markets
• Manage stakeholders & partnerships – Provide strategic advisory to Design Directors while fostering key relationships.
• Drive market research & activation – Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through proactive engagement.
• Lead tender submissions – Coordinate and deliver PQ, EOI, and RFP submissions independently and with colleagues
• Oversee lead management – Track, manage, and advance opportunities from initial lead to negotiation, both independently and collaboratively
• Report on new business activity – Monitor and analyze business leads.
• Support marketing efforts – Collaborate on campaigns and events with the team.
• Coordinate cross-functionally – Work closely with Business Development, Communications and Competition teams across our studios

What are we looking for?

• A proven track record with a minimum of six-eight years in a similar role, specializing in strategic business development, preferably within design studios, alternatively in a marketing/communications role
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• A growing network and strong understanding of the stakeholder environment, including clients, collaborators, and partners.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal English
• Strong ability to write concisely and distill key information effectively.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment-agile, dedicated, and driven by a strong team spirit
