Focuses on the achievement of personal sales targets within theassigned sales mix and new business developmentJob RequirementsMeetssales targets as established, incorporating a large range of products/serviceswithin identified markets or geography. Typical accounts would be mediumchallenge and medium complexity.Developand maintain strong awareness of local market and create a databease forprospective clients.Createand maintain an updated pipeline of prospectsReportsdaily on activites through the CRM systemAccountplanning including visitations and need analysis for prospective clientsPreparessales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor.Receiveall quotation and endorsement requests from clients and revert withinappropriate timelines.Providecontinious feedback to the underwriting department on market trends andIdentifycross-sell and up-sell opportunities and work with internal stake holdersexperts where necessary to meet the defined revenue targets.Respondto all account queries and ensure timely and effective problem – solving of allissues either directly or through other departments.Receivesperiodic coaching from supervisor or more experienced professionals.Continuesto build on technical experitse and product knowledge
