This key role will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the business by identifying new opportunities and expanding the company’s market presence. The Business Development Manager will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing sales, building customer loyalty, and promoting Willow Homes’ services. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, market expertise, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Create and implement targeted strategies to promote Willow Homes’ services to a broad audience, ensuring optimal market penetration.
  • Direct the planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the brand image and customer perception.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and suppliers, to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share and service offerings.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure that business development initiatives align with operational capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and project pipelines.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic partnerships with key industry players, such as real estate agents, suppliers, and contractors, to expand business opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
  • Represent Willow Homes at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish the company as a leader in the building sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction or real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including residential and commercial building projects.
  • Experience in creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
