We believe that technology can change lives for the better.What you’ll be doing?Develop Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing sales plans according to the company’s overall strategy and processes, and tracking their execution to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.Enhance Operational Service Levels: Based on existing customers, enhance the level of operational service by signing new contracts and maintaining current client relationships to ensure business targets are met.Build and Train Sales Teams: Form and train frontline sales teams. Allocate resources to build an efficient sales team through personnel development, team formation, strategy formulation, and execution.Market Research and Planning: Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and marketing planning. Provide market information and constructive opinions for market development, and provide timely feedback on the progress of market development and marketing activities.Project Management: Possesses certain project management skills to undertake key internal department projects and ensure their successful implementation.Collaborate Across Departments: Work with various company departments to promptly address issues that arise in sales and continuously optimize strategies and plans.Who are we looking for?Education and Experience: Higher diploma or above with over 5 years of B2B proactive client acquisition sales experience and a proven track record of excellent sales performance.Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in managing sales teams is required. Candidates with experience in FMCG, Retail, Chain F&B, Leisure and Entertainment, Internet, and Media Advertising sales will be preferred.Personal Traits: Outgoing personality with strong learning and adaptability skills, capable of adapting to the rapid development of the internet industry. Energetic and capable of excellently completing tasks.Passion for Sales: Loves sales and is good at taking on challenges. Positive, optimistic, and with a strong desire for success.Innovative and Communicative: Full of enthusiasm and innovative ideas, with strong interpersonal communication and logical thinking skills.
