Job description: Your ImpactAs a Business Development Executive in our Away from Home sales team, you’ll be on the front line representing some of Australia’s most loved non-alcoholic drinks across the Ballarat region and surrounding areas. You’ll play a key role in managing existing customer relationships, growing new business, and making sure our brands are visible, available, and thriving in local milk bars, takeaway stores, and quick-service restaurants.This is a high-energy, field-based sales role that blends account management with new customer acquisition, perfect for someone who loves being out in the field and making things happen.Key Accountabilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring contracts, displays, and promotions are compliant and effective
• Proactively identify and secure new business – cold calling is essential
• Drive sales volume, grow distribution, and ensure our products are always stocked and front-of-mind
• Execute promotional plans, maintain point-of-sale visibility, and manage product standards (e.g., fridges, displays, signage)
• Track performance against volume and distribution KPIs and report back key insights
• Ensure safe working practices and champion our values in the field every day
• Collaborate with a tight-knit, supportive sales team to share insights, celebrate wins, and contribute to regional growth

About YouYou’re a people-person with a sales mindset and a self-starter attitude. Whether it’s working through your call cycle, onboarding a new local café, or spotting an opportunity for growth, you’re confident getting the job done and doing it well.You bring:

• Experience in customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality (FMCG a bonus but not essential)
• Confidence in cold calling and winning new business
• Strong time management and ability to work independently on the road
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret sales data to inform your approach
• A valid driver’s licence and a natural drive to exceed targets
