  • Experience: 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the same industry).
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically preferred.

ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors to understand their strategies and market position.
  • Monitor industry developments and stay up to date with market trends.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
  • Qualify prospects and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients in a compelling way.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Provide input to the marketing team on client feedback and industry trends to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and increase revenue.

Proposal & Contract Management:

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with other departments.
  • Review and evaluate client requirements and provide custom solutions.
  • Handle the documentation process, including contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and deal closures.
  • Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as lead conversion rate, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to management on progress against business development goals.

Networking & Partnerships:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build relationships and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s reach and capabilities.
