The Company is having its presence atMumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore.The Company is looking for highly motivated Candidates to join our team at its Mumbai Office.Job Location: Bangalore / Delhi / MumbaiPosition: Business Development/Client Relationship Manager– Mid Markets in Debt AdvisoryJob Description: We are looking for entrepreneur mindset to Head our Mid-Market vertical primarily for DebtAdvisory. An ideal candidate for the opening shall be Professional with ~ 5 years of Work Experience in BusinessDevelopment / Credit Appraisal / Credit Analyst working with Bank / NBFC/Credit Rating Agencies / Other MarketIntermediaries.Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Conduct direct cold calling across sectors to generate leads and explore

business opportunities.

  • Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients to explain our business proposal and offerings
  • Should be able to work independently to generate his own leads and bring it to a closure stage for the

company

  • Must have good understanding of the financial statements, Relationship management and liaise with

the clients from the operations perspective

  • Support operations team to structure the transaction and closure
  • Heading Business Development in Mid Markets and maintaining relationship with Clients / DSA / other

intermediaries

  • Understand client financial requirement along with acumen to fit the same in available credit product

in the market.

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy

Requirements:1. 3 to 10 years of experience in Business Development / Credit Appraisal / Credit Analyst working withBank / NBFC/Credit Rating Agencies / Other Market Intermediaries Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to build and maintain 360 Degree relationships.2. Strong leadership and team management skills.3. CA/ CAIIB / Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related field.Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
