• Define and shape digital messaging propositions across a variety of legacy and emerging digital platforms, including SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, and future channels/devices.
• nsure best-in-class digital messaging delivery, from initial scoping with business units through the entire development lifecycle to post-implementation support and performance measurement.
• Serve as a vital member of cross-functional delivery teams that include participants from business, analytics, and data teams. These teams encompass a diverse skill set, including analysis, market understanding, design, optimization, technology, and testing.
• Collaborate with business units to conduct hands-on analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking.
• Understand business needs and share insights derived from analytics work.
• Oversee an offshore delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality analytics deliverables that effectively meet business needs in a dynamic environment.

Profile

• University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in retail banking focused on information and data management.
• Strong self-motivation, organization, multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to influence others.
• Familiarity with SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, and Pega is advantageous.
• A strong sense of ownership and customer service orientation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
