Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for better tomorrow.Oxymat specializes in on-site gas generation solutions and its customer centre is headquartered in Helsinge, Denmark production facilities in Vadovce, Slovakia.The succesfull candidate will play a key role in control of 2 companies and therefore you will have a great exposure to new Air & Gas Aplications divisional management team.The Business Controller will report to the General Manager of the company and will be part of the Management team.He/she will assume overall responsibility of the controlling and reporting function of both companies in Denmark and Slovakia.Your role:You have a key role in helping to steer the company towards sustainable and profitable growth, by providing financial performance transparency and guidance on how to improve it to all departments.Your responsibilities:

• Consolidated finance department responsibility in Denmark and Slovakia
• Provide support and guidance to the different functional areas from a financial performance perspective
• Financial reporting P&L, WC and BS according to the “Way we do things” and divisonal guidelines
• Management of cash flow, Tax and TP compliance, insurances, company bank accounts and credit cards, payments etc.
• AR reporting and follow up with other departments, ensuring proper actions are in place to meet our targets
• Credit rating and control
• Optimization and implementation of processes across the different finance activities
• Optimization of Finance department budget
• Leadership role in defining and managing company budget
• With the support of your team, manage Finance related audits

To succeed you will need:Experience requirements:

• Solid knowledge and experience of finance, administration procedures and information systems
• Proven track record of providing excellent business control and support service
• Genuine interest in all aspects of the business operation, and an ability to lead projects in the area of business control
• Familiar with Group accounting principles, IFRS and local statutory rules
• Experience with ERP system BPCS is an asset

Educational requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fluency in English is must
• Good knowledge of Atlas Copco´s The Way we do things is an advantage

• Business oriented and able to communicate effectively with internal customers and colleagues at all levels
• Excelent quantitative and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills, team player
• Ability to work with a respect deadlines
• Result oriented
