JOB SCOPE : This role will be responsible to assist in the effective implementation of Business Continuity and Risk Management (BCRM), as well as perform BCRM compliance related duties. This role is also required to effectively engage with senior leaders to understand strategic perspectives, as well as with members involved in ground operations to familiarize themselves with all of the planning details and subtleties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute the Business Continuity and Risk Management program road map. Work closely with Group Enterprise Risk Management, and Digital & IT teams to identify key business risks, including emerging trends, assist in development of mitigation activities which are meaningful and practical for the businesses, and validate and monitor the risk responses and risk profiles on an ongoing basis. Develop reporting materials for the Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC), Board Audit Committee (BAC), IT Management, Board meeting packs and Regulatory reports Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are adaptable to changing business needs and risks and adding value in the right direction. Maintain the Business Continuity Plan and Risk Register to ensure they are updated and fit-for-purpose Participates in external BCRM organizations and keep abreast of industry best practices and trends. Provide 24/7 crisis management support for any incidents which may require crisis activation of all or part of the Business Recovery or Disaster Recovery plans QUALIFICATION & SKILL: Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications. Strong ability to analyze data and produce quality charts, graphs and reports. Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in Business Continuity and Risk Management with at least one related certification (from BCI, BCMI, DRI or other recognized bodies) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Experience in the IT industry is an advantage Familiar with the below standards (experience in implementation is an added advantage) ISO 31000 Risk Management Guidelines ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Systems ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
