Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidate should have at least a diploma, preferably in business, marketing or related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales-related role (for those has experienced in accounting and finance industry will be an advantageous);
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
• Strong communication skills, presentation and influencing skills;
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (i.e. China Market);
• Self-driven, persistent, highly-motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra mile;
• Proficient in MS Applications- Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Scopes:Job Summary:Business Consulting Manager who is working with businesses to identify solutions to problems to maximize business performance, improve business processes, and increase revenue. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to identify significant problem areas and provide actionable solutions.Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop new marketing initiatives;
• Proactively engage with potential/existing clients, establish rapport and develop new leads and partnerships;
• Conduct market research and provide in-depth analysis and insights to market and customer trends; able to identify opportunities and gaps;
• Develop new business initiatives and revenue stream that contributes to business growth;
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and post sales follow up;
• Set goals for the Sales team and ensuring they are met;

Experience Required: Min 3 Year/s

Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
