Job description: We are seeking an experienced Business Architect/Analyst for one of our clients based in Canada.Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Architect/Analyst on large, complex, multi-year enterprise programs.
• Hands-on experience working on external and internal customer-facing UI applications.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in integrating external vendor application packages, including handling Single Sign-On (SSO) and related enterprise functionalities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in process optimization and solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technology platforms and vendor landscapes.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector, preferably commercial or digital banking.
• Familiarity with Client systems and processes is a strong asset.
• Experience in Agile environments and toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and digital customer experience optimization.
