Focusing primarily on Case Management Systems and citizen engagement applications, MERP experts create enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, SharePoint, Open AI, .NET, and C#. MERP has seven solutions on Microsoft’s Apps Source portal, including Investigative Case Management and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) solutions. MERP’s customers include federal agencies, state and local governments, non-profits, and commercial organizations..Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform/Dynamics 365 projects.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, and test plans.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and deployment phases.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystem and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• The applicant must be an Omani citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge with DevOps tools ( Azure Devops, Jira)
