Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client.Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $50 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; onsite 2 days per week – could change, will need to be flexible for days
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business HoursJob Responsibilities:

• Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.
• Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
• Leading collaboration with business/Journey and/or technology/Platform stakeholders as appropriate to lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Assessing, documenting, and validating current and future state processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems, align to strategic business goals and risk appetite.
• Collaborate on delivery, testing and implementation activities to support business benefits and achieve business results/outcomes.
• Applying best practices for effective communication, relationship management and problem-solving with stakeholders/partners.
• Cross functional Analysts, meaning candidates who have been both BAs and BSAs.
• From a technical perspective, Data analysis skills an asset, such as mapping data flows, data retention, system interactions.
• Asset would be Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working within a Scaled Agile environment.
• PO experience will be an asset.
• Ideally, looking for candidates that have worked on large/strategic legal/risk initiatives.

• BA experience
• Requirements Gathering
• Work in Ambiguity
• Hybrid Agile PDLC experience
• Self starter
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with various stakeholders
