We are looking for a trading process specialist (m, f, d) asBusiness Analyst Trading Processes IB (EMIR, MiFID II)AufgabenConducting analyses of the bank’s trading processes, compliance (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II) and operational risks / Based on the control deficits in the trading systems identified by internal or external audit, develop solutions to optimize trading processes / Support the Trading department in establishing and maintaining a robust control framework and setting up second line of defense controls / In close cooperation with IT, Trading and Legal & Compliance Department and external specialists, implement trading related policies, to ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities / Plan and conduct audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks related to applicable laws and regulations / Ad hoc project work based on events to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities in the trading systems / Point of contact for the business on compliance issues.QualifikationMasters’ or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Business Informatics/ Experience in the middle office or trading of a bank or as external or internal auditor / Experience in banking matters, financial markets and financial products / Understanding of financial market infrastructure activities / Familiarity with operational risk in trading and knowledge of the relevant regulations / Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly between business and IT / Flair for IT processes and systems / Dedication and motivation / Strong communication skills / Skilled in German as well as English.Please send us your documents for an initial contact by e-mail to contact@coni-partner. com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
