- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency.
- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and user stories.
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in supply chain management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the consultancy, retail or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with SAP improvement projects
- Passion for luxury retail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
