– Job Reference #1324328As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Gap Analysis Project for our Federal Government client, which aims to improve digital health standards and support interoperability across Australian healthcare systems.You will work alongside key stakeholders—including the Branch Manager, Program Director, and Project Manager—to identify requirements, document findings, and ensure the seamless delivery of new product designs.About the Role:

  • Utilise standard templates to write clear and accurate requirement specifications.
  • Conduct investigations and engage effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and report progress.
  • Develop and monitor business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and feasibility of requirements while adhering to industry standards.
  • Create and integrate project artefacts that align dependencies, minimise risks, and follow assurance processes for policy, security, and design.
  • Independently analyse complex issues and provide solutions within a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Work closely with delivery teams, documenting requirement changes and ensuring alignment across Agency divisions and external partners.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen to be considered.
  • Familiarity with Australian digital health standards and interoperability frameworks (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects, ensuring alignment of dependencies and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to develop and track business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical and business needs effectively.
  • A proactive problem solver who can make informed decisions in a complex and changing environment.
