By joining our AI Fashion Planning team, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art AI solutions for some of BESTSELLER’s most strategically important projects. Furthermore, you will be part of the Scrum Master community within BESTSELLER TECH.YOUR ROLE
As the Business Analyst & Scrum Master in our AI Fashion Planning team, you will be fostering close collaboration between data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and develop the most impactful AI solutions. You will focus on ensuring that AI products developed by the team are fully embedded in user workflows, driving adoption and value realization.
Furthermore, your tasks will include:

• Facilitating change management processes for our AI solutions across the organization.
• Driving data analysis and help derive key metrics for product improvement.
• Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring agile processes run smoothly.
• Creating visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.
• Removing obstacles to keep the team aligned and on track.

YOUR PROFILE
This hybrid role is perfect for someone with real-life experience as a planner and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making combined with expertise in change management and agile practices. You don’t have to be a certified Scrum Master to be successful, but being a natural facilitator and communicator is a must.
Furthermore, you need the following qualifications:

• Experience in driving product adoption within user communities.
• A good understanding of data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
