• Identify retail banking system requirements and produce specifications, covering deposit, ATM, FPS, payment, card etc
• Create, manage and execute UAT test cases to meet business requirements
• Contribute to system revamp according to strategic direction, business plan and regulatory updates
• Establish detailed acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training
• Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in retail banking business
• Good hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics
• Team Player and flexible to cope with fast changing atmosphere
• Strong relationship management skills with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts
