With a strong seasonal trade in the summer, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to optimize performance and enhance our business through strategic data insights.A key aspect of this role is leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions, identify opportunities, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all departments. You will work closely with department managers to enhance operational performance, while maintaining a constant focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.The position requires:

• Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve business performance
• Commercial and interpersonal skills to lead changes in business processes
• Identifying trends and inefficiencies and turning these insights into actionable strategies
• The ability to analyse and present complex data in easily digestible forms to drive high performance within the supermarket

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience with SAP
• Proven skills in prioritising and delivering commercially viable and practical solutions
• Experience in a Supermarket or Retail environment
• Training and communications background
