You will provide solutions and support for the PAM business that will improve processing efficiency and provide enhanced reporting.A snapshot of the role:

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for existing client teams using the MRI IM forecasting system
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within the MRI IM platform
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements based on user feedback and industry trends

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapting to evolving client needs and system capabilities. You should also have a strong focus on process optimisation and quality control, with the ability to develop and implement effective checklists and checks and balances.While experience in managing a team of analysts is preferred, it is not essential.
