Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst Leader – IT to join our client.Contract Period: 6 months with potential to convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $32 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; required to attend 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PMJob Responsibilities:

• Interacting with end users to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Working with a technology stack centered on Microsoft.
• Understanding current requirements.
• Collaborating with internal IT stakeholders, including architects, the data office, and the AML team.
• Ensuring collaboration with other project stakeholders and fulfilling their requests and best practices around delivery areas.
• Providing all necessary information to architects to complete the project.
• In a senior role, assisting offshore junior resources with their questions and being involved in the execution of solutions (Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, Power Apps platform required).

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as junior analyst
• Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies like SQL, Microsoft Azure
• Prior experience in building OLAP and OLTP-based data analytics and business intelligence systems
• Requirement Gathering, Business Requirement Documentation (BRD), Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
