See where your commitment could take you.Who are we looking for?We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst, IS Enterprise Applications Planning & Solutions to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to become a key business partner supporting the group’s ongoing IS projects. In this hands-on role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for providing expert advice and support across various activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying issues and benefits of solutions, and supporting business transitions off legacy applications. This role is pivotal to our team.Working with an energetic and high-performing team, you will:

  • Scope and document projects within relevant Information Services (IS) projects.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide IS business support across several legacy applications.
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
  • Assist the Delivery System platform to rollout system improvements where applicable.
  • Become the primary business and technical knowledge holder of several legacy application environments.
  • Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by a range of project and non-project stakeholders.
  • Support business transition off legacy applications.

  • Effective stakeholder management / engagement skills.
  • The ability to think critically in understanding and analysing problems.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across various teams to solve business challenges.
  • The ability to make decisions or recommendations in requirements prioritisation, scope, and assessment of solution options.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to correctly understand and interpret key information from stakeholders.
  • Solid documentation skills to thoroughly capture and systemically summarise information.
  • The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage/facilitate stakeholder meetings.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, finance, or information technology.
  • Strong business understanding and commercial acumen along with good exposure to technical knowledge.
  • Experience working in engineering and/or consulting industry desirable.
  • Professional certifications are desirable.
