Assess gaps in international locations to identify issues for developing strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
Monitor progress of locations against approved strategy to track deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) of respective locations and their Country Managers / Regional General Managers.
Research and develop initiatives to enhance collaboration among countries for achieving overall business goals.
Identify cross-network opportunities to support the business strategy using business intelligence tools.
Strategy Research:
Validate scheduled strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct macro research to support strategy development and provide data-driven insights.
Benchmark strategies for locations to ensure competitiveness and track performance metrics.
Strategy Reporting:
Report performance and issues to Senior Management in line with the approved strategy, including KPI tracking.
Prepare detailed strategic performance reports for the Board, incorporating business intelligence insights.
Communication:
Develop and implement a communications agenda for international locations.
Monitor and track progress against the communications agenda to ensure alignment and measure effectiveness.
Develop an intranet solution for effective communication within international locations.
Report performance to keep stakeholders informed, including KPI updates and business intelligence findings.
Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors in Business Management
Experience of 3-5 year with expertise of BI tools e.g., Tableau, Power BI.
Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and intranet solutions.
