Job description: Key job responsibilities:· Identifying opportunities to grow the business in a sustainable way, engaging with teams to set up the right mechanisms as well as owning the business performance.· Analyzing and diving deep on our business performance metrics, identifying possible changes and presenting insights and recommendations to the leadership team.· Build the capabilities for how we integrate science/analytics models necessary for evaluation and implementation of new strategies to support growth· Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary datasets, updating existing metrics as well as create new metrics· Educate, inform, and drive business decisions by connecting your analysis through the lens of financial performance· Report results in a manner which is both statistically rigorous and compellingly relevant.· Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards etc. to drive key business decisions
· Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation· Tune complex query performance using profiling tools and SQLBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:– Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or equivalent work experience.– 5+ years of experience in a similar role.– Fluency in SQL is a must and experience in data visualization using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools– Proficiency in analytical data manipulation on large marketing databases and external data sources– Expert using Excel for data analysis and modellingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:– Advanced degree in statistics, analytics, operational research, business or related discipline– Experience with building scalable reporting
– Be self-driven, details-oriented, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data– Develop strong collaborative relationships with key partners in data engineering, business intelligence, software development, finance, modeling and product teams– Proficient using SQL, R, Python, or other equivalent statistics and machine learning tools.– Experience working in the machine learning field, recommendations and/or personalization.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
