Job description: We are looking for Business Analyst with HR system experience for a project. You will be a part of a Global Consulting firm for one of their major projects.Requirements

• 5+ years working as Business Analyst with large scale orgaisation
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR payroll and SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of HR payroll processes, systems, and regulations
• Experience with HR payroll system implementation and integration
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expected salary: $80000 – 180000 per year
