Location: Calgary, AlbertaWhat you will be doing:Act as a liaison between technical OT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data and system capabilities are clearly understood and leveraged.Analyze and document requirements for SCADA and PI system improvements and data access initiatives.Translate technical system outputs into business-consumable insights, dashboards, and reports.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define and deliver on data strategy goals.Support the development of a long-term roadmap for SCADA/PI system integration with business intelligence tools.Participate in evaluating internal vs. external resourcing strategies for long-term support.What you must have:Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within OT, SCADA, or industrial data environments.Strong understanding of PI (OSIsoft/AVEVA) systems and real-time operational data.Ability to interpret and simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
