Critical thinking for you means transforming chaos into method and method into direction. You are organized, a natural communicator, and can collaborate across web and mobile platforms, fostering shared understanding. You a purpose-driven, stand by your suggestions and are empathetic; supporting colleagues (developers, testers, designers) by seeing things from their perspectives. Joining our Investments team for George, experience or knowledge in the investment domain is definitely a plus.What to do:Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirementsIdentifying and suggesting enhancements, ensuring alignment and clarityDesigning effective solutions and clearly documenting them for teams and partnersFacilitating discussions that create shared understanding across rolesSupporting development, design, and QA with clear and detailed specificationsContributing to a behaviour-driven and test-driven development environmentWorking on solutions spanning multiple platformsEngaging in REST API design and interface definitionApplying different analytical methods and using version control systemsCreating and maintaining user stories and other artefactsYou check these boxes:A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT or banking industriesExperience or knowledge in investments is a strong plusFamiliarity with software development lifecycle and project documentation practicesStrong experience with HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and Chrome DevToolsUnderstanding of modelling techniques and interface analysisProven ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively, and build shared understandingAbility to be both diplomatic and assertive when it countsAttention to consistency, structure, and detailComfort with owning and learning from your mistakes-and helping others do the sameFluency in English, both written and verbalA good sense of humor (always helps)Why you will like us:Possibility to benefit and learn from our international, talented and passionate community at ErsteInterest groups and clubs: Take part in discussions and get involved in projects.
