Job description: Job Description:Our Tribe – Core Financing PlatformOur Tribe’s mission is to deliver core lending and lifecycle services for mortgages and bank loans across all markets and customer types. We also support Danske Bank and other Tribes with new loan products, process changes, and services to enable the bank’s strategy and enhance the customer experience.You will join our agile Workflow Maintenance & Modernization squad, which is responsible for the workflow management system enabling the loan case from creation to disbursement of money to the customer. In addition to keeping track of loan cases in the current system, the squad is also responsible for modernizing the system to live up to future standards and requirements. As a team member, you will be trusted and empowered to help us create a high-quality system that support our strategy.What to expectYou will work in an environment that takes the agile mindset seriously, offering you the opportunity to make a difference. Your primary tasks will be to map the AS-IS process in the current system and drafting the TO-BE process in the new system. This includes translating business needs into clear objectives, documenting and validating requirements, challenging existing practices, providing structure to the unstructured, being curious about stuff you do not understand, testing, facilitating workshops, analysing problems, and more. Together, we will achieve great things by balancing a strong delivery focus with having fun, ensuring your personal and professional growth.You will work in a cross-functional squad, a team based in both Denmark and India, with your office in the centre of Copenhagen.
