These newly created roles offer a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Keele University and play a pivotal role in our transformation journey.As Business Analyst (Customer and User Requirements), you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exciting business change projects which are critical to the ongoing development of professional services at Keele University. The primary focus of the role is lead on the capture and analysis of customer and user requirements for services and through an analytical approach, ensuring data is converted to actionable insight for service design and change.
